Jared Sands counsels high-net-worth individuals and multigenerational families on estate planning, business successor planning, and wealth preservation. Jared advises on all aspects of tax and wealth planning including wills, trust agreements, insurance, and charitable giving programs. Jared also counsels trustees, personal representatives, and beneficiaries on estate and trust administration, including post-mortem tax planning and the preparation of estate and gift tax returns. In addition, Jared has represented fiduciaries and beneficiaries in estate and trust litigation matters.

Jared brings a diverse legal background to his practice. Prior to joining Accelerant Law, Jared practiced in the Private Wealth Planning group of Venable LLP in Washington, D.C. In addition to estate planning and fiduciary litigation, Jared has worked in family law and general civil litigation. His breadth of experience enables him to incorporate a range of solutions tailored to the needs of each estate plan, thoughtfully guiding clients in structuring plans that protect assets and benefit future generations.
