Stephanie K. Candland’s practice is focused primarily on estate planning, family wealth transfer planning and preservation, estate and gift taxation, generation skipping transfer tax planning, and estate and trust administration. Stephanie drafts a multitude of estate planning documents for clients, including Wills, Revocable Trusts, and Irrevocable Trusts such as Spousal Lifetime Access Trusts (SLATs), Grantor Retained Annuity Trusts (GRATs), and Insurance Trusts. Stephanie also assists clients with the formation of limited liability companies and private trust companies as well as the implementation of clients’ estate plans through estate and trust administration. She is committed to developing practical estate plans that meet each client’s needs and objectives and works with clients to ensure that they understand the planning put in place.

Prior to joining Accelerant Law, Stephanie worked as an attorney at a renowned boutique estate planning and estate and trust administration firm in Rockville, Maryland.
